In this fall series, we'll choose between reading and analyzing Dracula by Mary Shelley, and Frankenstein by Bram Stoker and see what haunting finds we discover! 🍂 We will vote to select a book. Digital and free links to books will be provided.

Each week for twelve weeks we will learn a different element of creative writing. This course will follow the same as any crash course. You would learn what you would in a regular class of creative writing but without the pressures of grades ⭐🔭 This could be used as an outlet if you are completely new to writing OR if you just want a refresher. Each week we will read through an act of the "merchant of Venice"( a play by Shakespeare) And analysis the text, understanding old English and learning to write intellectual essays and character analyses

This is my first series as a new tutor! Each week, we will cover various techniques and methods of creating interesting and multidimensional characters for creative writing! You can use them for your own books, or you I can help you write a (not very hard) short story or even a page showing your character in action. Topic: Cinderella Let's have a funny debate on the topic of Cinderella suing her stepmother. There will be the following characters: Cinderella (The suer) The stepmother (The defendant) Three Lawyers from Cinderella's as well as the stepmother's side Two researchers (Your main role is to study Cinderella's topic thoroughly and if any information claims to be true or false, it'll be your responsibility to verify the accuracy) Two witnesses from both sides (Cinderella & the stepmother). You have to pick any EXISTING character from the story to be an appropriate witness. The tutor will be the judge (me :D) (Any co-hosts joining can be the judge as well) In this session, I aim to improve the learner's English as well as debate skills with fun and simple topics further enriching the student's talents.

Every week, we will go over not commonly used words that often appear in classical books or potentially in the SAT. In every session, we will have learned at least a few new words and review words previously learned. Some examples of words that you will learn are: abysmal, counteract, eloquent, repudiate, and so many more! Come join us to learn their meanings and to know how to use them in sentences!
