The help channel should be used only if you have a specific problem you want help on.
Tutors, if you're helping someone on a question, make sure to react with 👀 to the learner's post, whether on zoom or through the thread so it's easier for them to see who is helping them out and so others see that help is already being given.
Please don't give answers away and try to guide the learner to the answer as active learning is important!
As always, stay kind to each other and enjoy!
