Hello Elysa, hope you're having a good day 😀 It's so cool that the product team is now doing, live help! From the start of the session you were very nice, and very welcoming! It's great that checked in on the learner and how their day was, I think it's very helpful in establishing a good first impression. It's awesome that you gave some practice questions to the learner 🗒. It's also good that you checked for previous understanding! 😀 It's also great that you didn't just give the answer, but instead you got the learner to rethink it by going over steps getting to that answer!
