About

Do you find grammar and mechanics rules particularly challenging or annoying? This four-lesson supplement is designed to help you master the Standard English Conventions section of the SAT and significantly improve your score in this area.

In each session, you'll work with me and a small group of dedicated learners to practice questions, complete practice tests, and ultimately improve your grammar skills.

Day 1:
- periods, semicolons, comma + fanboys
- colons
Day 2:
- dashes, appositives, comma + dependent clauses
- name + title
Day 3:
- pronouns, verb-tenses
- apostrophes (possessive)
Day 4:
- dangling modifiers
- review and extra practice

*** Prior knowledge is strongly encouraged, as we will be focusing on medium and hard questions
*** This series covers concepts similar to my "Cramming for Grammar" class, but it's presented more in depth and includes more practice questions.
*** Active verbal participation is strongly encouraged; please ensure that your microphone is functional!
