About
The SAT's assessment of your English proficiency heavily relies on your understanding of words. This comes in various forms: "Words in Context" questions directly test your vocabulary, while "Transition" questions evaluate your ability to correctly use bridging words. Furthermore, "Inference" questions challenge you to pinpoint the key words within passages. This session will focus on strategies to master these word-centric question types and help you develop effective techniques for success.
***While we will work on a few easy questions, our main focus will be on medium to hard questions
*** Active verbal participation is strongly encouraged; please ensure that your microphone is functional!
Tutored by
I am a rising high school sophomore in California, here to tutor the Reading and Writing portion of the SAT. I have been in precalc honors and will be enrolled in honors English and AP Calc BC in my sophomore year. Beyond my year Schoolhouse, I have been tutoring students online in various subjects since 2022. I also enjoy classical music and ballet as seen in my profile pic :)
