AP Biology U1-4 Crashcourse

6th session

Are you scared of your first AP Biology final? Do you need a good review of the first four units of AP Bio? In this series, we will review the first units of AP Bio in-depth to prepare for finals and get a headstart on the AP exam. We will review the content and also go through practice free-response questions and multiple-choice questions. This is also useful for those who are self-studying for the AP exam. Also, since this is a small group series, there will be time to address all of your individual needs and have a specialized focus if you are struggling. I will also provide resources that helped me succeed in the course :D

15th session

[Will be Adding More Sessions] About the Course: I scored a 5 on the AP Biology exam, and I'm here to help you achieve the same success! This course will guide you through every unit of AP Biology, breaking down complex topics into understandable segments to ensure you excel in both your class and the AP exam. Sessions will be at 1pm EST on Sunday (unless enough students request for a time change) Course Structure: Weekly Sessions: The amount of sessions may vary by week, these are possible session types Session 1: In-depth coverage of the current topic, including detailed explanations and related questions to reinforce understanding. (may have 2 a week) Session 2: Office hours for additional review, Q&A, and mini-lessons to address specific student needs. (occasionally later in the series after we've covered a couple units, or if requested by several students) Session 3: If multiple students miss a class, or are confused about a topic I may repeat the class with a different approach to help build a better understanding of the material Flexible Scheduling: I will try my best to schedule classes in a way where I have adequate time to prepare while also working with students to figure out times that work for the most people Comprehensive Review: As we approach the AP Test in May, the focus will shift from learning new material to thorough review and exam preparation. Goals: Provide clear and detailed instruction on AP Biology topics. Offer personalized support and additional resources to address individual questions and concerns. Ensure all students are well-prepared and confident for the AP Biology exam. Biology Help Sessions

17th session

I provide help for biology from the regular to the AP level. By signing up to this series, you will be able to schedule a 30min help session with me every week. If the number of learners requesting help per week reaches 5, I will shorten each individual session to 20min because of the increase in the total amount of time dedicated. Learners should propose a preferred meeting time at least 24hours before that time. Times that work for me are late afternoons and nights in EST time zone. Further negotiation might be needed if the learner's preferred time has a conflict with my schedule. I will try my best to stay near the preferred time. The scheduling of time follows the first-come-first-serve basis.
