Great job calling your learner by his name. Although it may sound obvious, keep this up! It creates a healthy learning environment and helps your learner(s) resonate more with what you teach. Additionally, you continuously asked your learner if he understood your methods of teaching. He clearly benefited from this since most of his doubts were cleared.
