In the beginning, you started with a little introduction about yourself and that you've taken the Calc BC exam (Congrats!). You allowed the two students to each introduce themselves, which definitely helped in creating a more familiar learning environment. You also did a great job referring to the students by name consistently throughout the session, as well as providing words of encouragement. Great job overall! :D

I like how you showed your enthusiasm for the session, even with only one learner, and created a comfortable environment, by asking how to pronounce his name, and switching questions when the learner seemed very lost. I thought that your encouragement to continue studying even when the learner stated that he was unfamiliar with the content, and also your well-prepared slides strengthened the learner's confidence that he could do well on the exam through learning a little more, and your clear understanding of the topics gave him confidence in the material that was being presented to him. Great job Anish!

Misbah was constantly engaged through the session and he really appreciated it when his concern with negative exponents was quickly answered. Your ability to answer Misbah's question on the difference 2^4 and 2^2^2^2 was very impressive as it showed that you have strong knowledge of the topic and that quickly erased the learner's misconception of exponents. I love how Anish always asked if there were any questions. He genuinely wants to make sure students understand the material. And if you ever have questions, just interrupt him or privately chat him. Anish is better than a lot of my own high school teachers; I would honestly find him better teaching than my current teachers!

Great work asking the tutee to explain how they got a solution, regardless of if they got it right or wrong. I like how you draw out diagrams instead of just pasting images. It really shows how well you understand the concepts.
