Hey there Daphne, I'm Shadman S from the auditing team! As a fellow R+W tutor, I have immense respect for what you're doing (fighting the mathematical hegemony here on SHW) so great work! The fact that you had an amazing set of slides (seriously, those slides were great!!!!) made your tutoring just so much better. Also, I felt as if I was watching an experienced tutor : for some reason, you never failed to enunciate your words clearly or falter when you were explaining a topic, and I hope you will continue to teach at SHW in the future (it's clear a lot of your learners liked your teaching: 4 super-helpfuls on your first session!!!). Hey there Daphne, it's Shad :). For the most part, you did a great job, you managed to show a working knowledge of Singmaster notation and even teach extra information (the first layer to solving the cube)! However, you can try to slow down just a bit: yes, the material was quite easy, but slowing down isn't only when things get hard: it's also so that learners can participate more. Even then, I would say you definitely did more good than bad!!
