It seems that the learner wanted to be matched with another tutor, and you tried your best to help them out in doing so, asking to make a session request, something I truly appreciate. Please do not take it personally that the learner didn't want help from you, it might have just been because they had some confusion in a problem they solved with another tutor in LH before.
