Hi Janai! I just audited your live help session and it was great that you were asking learners how they were doing to build a welcoming environment in the session. It seems that the learner wanted to be matched with another tutor, and you tried your best to help them out in doing so, asking to make a session request, something I truly appreciate. Please do not take it personally that the learner didn't want help from you, it might have just been because they had some confusion in a problem they solved with another tutor in LH before.
