The tutor does make effort in ensuring that the learners understood the explanation. However, the tutor could include them more throughout the process. For instance, despite the time crunch when it came to reviewing the practice test, instead of rushing to go over all of the questions, the tutor could focus on just the main one or two, engaging the learners throughout the explanations and asking for their thoughts on solving the question as well. If they did run out of time, the tutor could stay over (if they had time as well as if the learner(s) were available), but otherwise, in that case, the help channel could be the go-to for any unanswered questions. **The two categories of implementing the "we-do" strategy are not very applicable here as this was mainly the orientation session.
