Yes, there was lots of evidence of the learners making progress throughout the session as they understood a lot of the recommendations given by Ammar. They also asked various questions throughout the session, showing their enthusiasm to understand the process and comprehension of the material.

Ammar, you did a great job of being respectful in the session and you introduced yourself to the learners and your background with college applications. You also gave opportunities for the learners to introduce themselves and their background on college applications. Your attempt to pronounce the learner's unique names was great but try to learn the correct pronunciation. Make sure to ask the learner to unmute their microphone (if they're comfortable) and say the correct pronunciation.

Ammar, since this is a college application-based session, these requirements wouldn't apply to your session, which is why I categorized them under N/A. However, you continuously engaged the learners by making sure they understood certain suggestions/requirements and even provided chances for them to evaluate activities themselves. Such as when you were reviewing if the STEM Club position was a good extracurricular to keep on the form. This is a very unique and effective way of letting the learners apply their understanding of effective leadership positions.

Amar, since this is a college application-based session, I cannot grade you off on a subject that you'd see in school or a college setting. But based on the information that you included in the slideshow, they were well-detailed and further complimented by your explanations. Rather than reading off the slide, you explained the majority of the process using your own experience with the Common App. This demonstrates your really deep understanding of the Common App and strategies that help you stand out to colleges.
