You did an excellent job going over the initial content of World History. You went over topics such as the Byzantine Empire, Rome, and Greece. One thing that worked well is going over what each place had with its culture and way in its society at times. Many times in history, culture is often forgotten to politics and events happening, but you went over it, which is extremely useful. Additionally, the discussion questions you posed were also an excellent way to go over the content. This way other than simply stating what happened, you allowed your learners to draw connections between different places and different time periods, which is a good way to build historical thinking. Additionally, adding visuals as well is a good way for someone to remember historically what happened. Sometimes the content isn't enough, so having pictures brings back memories on how certain societies lived and what they did.
