Hello there! In this year round course review, I will help learners effectively navigate the world of literature in preparation for the AP test in May! I will review and annotate over various works from novels and plays to poems. I will also give strategies and tips to conquer the MCQ portion of the exam and essay tips for the FRQ portion. On top of my instruction I will also help breakdown any piece of work from your own class if help is needed! There will be at least one session per week. At most, two will be hosted per week! Welcome to the amazing world of history! The Americas is about to get good!✨ In this year-round series, I will go through at least 2 sessions a week, (Sundays and Saturdays, subject to change). Lecture Sessions: These sessions range from 45 minutes to an hour. I will always have a slideshow presented with notes, documents, historical thinking questions, and practice questions. From George Washington to the Watergate Scandal, we will cover whatever is planned for the week! (P.S. There will also be fun interactive games such as Kahoot!) Study Sessions: These workshops will be held on Saturdays ranging from 30 minutes to an hour. This is where learners can come in and ask any questions about Sundays lecture, homework, want practice, or just a quiet space to study! Materials needed: -I would recommend you have a notebook to take notes in or if you'd like online notes, message me at any time and I will send the slideshow! -It would be very beneficial if you had a list of presidents or a large timeline! It will help put things into a broader perspective as we rush through material! Note: Sessions will be added as we go along. I will schedule sessions based off of availability. Each week, I will host two sessions in the same day, (Sundays, because I am a busy high school student 😂) and each session will be filled with academically intensive notes, practice questions, games, assignments, and study guides! STUDY sessions will be host for up to an hour! Study sessions will be on Saturdays! COURSE GUIDE: Lecture sessions - sessions where i will go over a slideshow and present notes, study guides over that topic, practice questions, and review games such as Kahoot, Blooket, Quizizz, and much more! Up to an hour! Study sessions - sessions where you can come in, have a safe study space, ask questions about homework or assignments, or just want overall practice. These sessions are OPTIONAL! Up to an hour! MATERIALS NEEDED: -Definitely make sure you have paper handy in order to take notes or work out problems. -A calculator isn't always mandatory, but if we do need one for questions, you can use your phone or google! -Always come with your best attitude and determination!
