I loved how you included everyone in the discussion of the questions and it wasn't just you lecturing the whole time. Although this was a short session, you were able to accomplish your goal. You wanted to review the learner's first paragraph, which you did correctly. I loved how you were involved in the essay and asked for the essay's instructions. You provided grammar tips, mainly about apostrophes. Your learner wanted you to focus on her thesis statement, which you reviewed and approved! Since this is a reading/writing session, unlike math, there isn't much to teach, particularly in this session. But, I can see you are thorough with writing essays and grammar.
