I marked three categories above as N/A because the session could be considered a test-taking session due to the pre-assessment, and there was no direct teaching of any Algebra concepts. However, I believe that the Pre-assessment provided you with information on the learners' prior knowledge in Algebra that you can use to tailor future sessions. Additionally, I liked how you structured the assessment. Great job here! Based on what I've seen in the recording, I'm certain that the remaining sessions in your series will be successful as well! Fantastic work!

Great job on greeting the learner as they came into the session! I loved the brief introduction in the beginning of the slideshow, as well as a couple of icebreaker questions for the learners; introducing yourself and having other learners introduce themselves in this way can help to biuld a sense of community. Great work here! I noticed that you postponed the icebreaker questions in order for more learners to join. It can feel disappointing when many learners register with low attendance (I've been in this situation myself), but try not to take it personally! The learners may have had something come up in their schedules, or not be able to attend for some other reason. Thanks for clarifying what you were doing at the end of the recording! That's very helpful for us peer reviewers :) I liked how you kept a kind and encouraging tone throughout the session. An example of this is when you told the learner to take as much time as they needed during the practice assessment - fantastic work here! Thank you so much for tutoring on Schoolhouse!
