About

Hello, everyone! I'm Naya, a tutor at Schoolhouse. I enjoy helping others while continuing to learn and grow, and I have now hosted over 300 sessions.

I am a high school student in Lebanon. Outside of tutoring, I am a competitive gymnast and have a strong interest in baking, cooking, traveling, and exploring creative projects. I also value music and spending quality time with my family.

I am passionate, independent, and always ready to take on a challenge. In my free time, I enjoy reading, working out, and exploring new ideas.

Please feel free to reach out if you need assistance or would like to discuss any topics further.

Upcoming Sessions

Exploring Literature: The Metamorphosis by Franz Kafka

    Starts

In this reading and discussion series, we will explore The Metamorphosis, the famous novella by Franz Kafka first published in 1915. Together, we will read sections of the story and dive into thoughtful discussions about its characters, themes, symbolism, and deeper meanings. This series is designed for students who want to strengthen their reading comprehension, literary analysis, and critical thinking skills while engaging in meaningful conversations about classic literature. No prior knowledge of the book is required, just curiosity and a willingness to share ideas! Throughout the sessions, we will analyze Gregor Samsa’s transformation, discuss Kafka’s message about identity, family, and society, and explore different interpretations of the story. Credit: This series discusses The Metamorphosis (1915) by Franz Kafka. All rights to the original work belong to the author and its publishers. The text is referenced solely for educational discussion and literary analysis.

While there were multiple points of improvement, this session was the definition of an amazing class and tutor. The session style created a wonderful learning environment while fostering community. I have no safety concerns regarding this session, and following this peer review, will definitely be registered for your future sessions. Supporting learners reports made learners feel proud of their accomplishments, for example, when you were surprised at certain facts (even if you might have been aware of them), it hinted to the learner that their research was impressive and in debt! Great job!
