About

Welcome to this session about surgical knotting! For people who've always been interested in how surgeons tie knots during suturing (stitching), this session is for you guys! We'll learn about all the different types of knots! Here's the list: Square knot/ Reef knot Granny's knot/ Slip knot Surgeon's knot Two-handed knot One-handed knot Tarun technique Aberdeen's knot/ Cobbler's knot And I will be teaching the knots with both hands (left and right), so that no one gets left out! Also, please bring string to the session, this is very important!! (I recommend you get a long piece of string and something heavy to hold a part of the string down for some knots) Hope to see you at the session!!

Tutor Qualifications

I have gone to a program which has shown how to do these knots and I've been doing them for around a year.
