AP Biology :: Unit 2 - Cell Biology (Cell Structure and Function)
Imagine that you are floating inside a human liver cell (hepatocyte). What would your experience be? Which organelles would be hard at work and which ones would not? In this session, I will review the structure and function of cells and their sub-cellular organelles (nucleus, mitochondrion, Golgi complex, etc.). We will practice AP-style multiple-choice questions and use them as a springboard to learn the material deeply. We will then end the session with an AP Biology free-response question. All related to cell structure and function.
