About

Welcome to "Introduction to Data Science with Python" course! This course is apart of the SHW 2023 summer camp. In this course, you'll learn how to use Python for data analysis and gain insights from large datasets. Python is a versatile language widely used in the data science community. You'll explore Python's fundamentals, including syntax and data structures. We'll also cover essential libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib for efficient data manipulation and visualization. Through hands-on activities and projects, you'll develop the skills to analyze and present data effectively. By the end of this 15 session course, you will be an expert on the basics of data science, and you would have completed your very first data science case study project. Get ready for an exciting journey into the world of data science! :)

✋ ATTENDANCE POLICY

Since the content covered in every session builds up, I highly encourage you to attend every session so you won't fall behind. If you miss more than 4 sessions, you will be removed from the series.

I was born in Charlottesville, Virginia, spent time living in California, and spent majority of my life living in Beijing, China. I can speak both English (🇺🇸) and Mandarin Chinese (🇨🇳). My hobbies include web development, CS related topics, biking, skiing, cooking and design. My favorite animal are rabbits. - I became a tutor on Schoolhouse since September 2021.
