Course Description:
We’ll go over different body systems part of vertebrate and invertebrate anatomy, with a focus on humans! We'll go over topics like the skeletal, muscular, nervous, circulatory, digestive, and integumentary systems. You’ll learn how these systems work together to keep us alive and functioning.

🧠⚡ NERVOUS SYSTEM
We’ll go over the nervous system, exploring how neurons, synapses, and signaling mechanisms work together to process and transmit information throughout the body. Topics will include the structure and function of neurons, the generation of action potentials, and the role of ion channels in maintaining membrane potential. We’ll also discuss synaptic transmission, neural circuits, and how the nervous system integrates sensory input to coordinate movement and behavior.
