Course Description:
We’ll go over different body systems part of vertebrate and invertebrate anatomy, with a focus on humans! We'll go over topics like the skeletal, muscular, nervous, circulatory, digestive, and integumentary systems. You’ll learn how these systems work together to keep us alive and functioning.

CIRCULATORY AND RESPIRATORY SYSTEM
We’ll explore how the circulatory and respiratory systems work together to transport oxygen, nutrients, and waste throughout the human body. Topics will include the structure and function of the heart, blood vessels, and lungs, as well as the mechanisms of gas exchange in the alveoli.
