About

Welcome to Pre-calculus!

This course is perfect for people who want to learn the Precalc curriculum or will take it next year. I will be going over the regular units in an AP Precalculus course.

We will deal with the relatively familiar polynomial, rational, exponential, and logarithmic functions. These important functions are a fundamental part of Pre-calculus, and our study will be more rigorous than Algebra 2 if you've seen them in that class.

Then, we will spend a while talking about trigonometry and polar functions, and end with parametric coordinates. Additional topics include vectors and matrices.

As long as you self-moderate taking an assessment and time yourself, it is ok if you don't attend the assessment period for scheduling reasons.

It will be relatively fast-paced so make sure you don't fall behind! Above all, please message me if you need help, as it is normal to struggle with these new concepts.

✋ ATTENDANCE POLICY

If you do not complete an assessment and do not explain why for 3 days after the assessment period, you will be kicked from the series.

Please message me if you won't be attending a session!
