How To ACE the SAQ (From Someone Who Got a 5!)

Starts

Hi, my name is Haritha and I'm a current junior in high school! I scored a 5 on the A.P. U.S. History Exam as a sophomore.
In this session, I'll be going over how to write an SAQ that will get you all nine points on the rubric. SAQ writing is one of the first types of writing that you will likely cover in your APUSH class, and mastering SAQs is key for the other written portions of the AP exam. I'm so excited to meet you all :)

APUSH Review and Beyond :-)

5th session

Hi, I'm Tristan! Each week I will be hosting an APUSH review session where we can go over the APUSH curriculum as well as any other questions you have about American history.

This is a lecture based series! Although it can be conversational if you don't talk I will talk for the entire hour about American History. I am here to give you more information/review information not so much to help you study and memorize things.

Feel free to ask questions outside of the curriculum! I welcome those who are interested in history beyond just the APUSH guidelines 😁

I want these sessions to be engaging so if possible, please have your camera on! (but if you can't that's totally okay)

AP History FRQ Crash Course

7th session

Taking an AP History class next year and want to review for the FRQs? You're in the right place!

The DBQ, SAQ, and LEQ make up the FRQ portion for three of the AP History exams. In this series, we'll go over the rubrics, some tips, and do a bunch of practice! If you’re taking the AP World, APUSH, or AP European History exams in May, I’d highly recommend joining, as the general skills for the writing section are the same across all three exams.

If you're taking AP US Government and Politics and are wondering how those FRQs work, send me a DM! I got a 5 on the exam so I'd be more than happy to host a separate series on that.

If you’ve attended my last four series in the past on this topic, it’s generally the same format :)

APUSH Study Group

9th session

Each week, we'll recap what you guys went over in APUSH and do mock MCQ, DBQ, LEQ, and SAQ based on those topics. Essentially, I'll be with you for the '25 -'26 APUSH year and assist you with any questions, gaps in learning, or practice that I can.
