You seemed to know the topic very well, considering you have no hesitation or problem explaining things and telling a learner what to do. This shows to the learner you are fluent in this specific topic. Next time, try going a little slower to be able to know if they grasped the knowlege.

When you don't comprehend certain questions, he's very patient and makes sure you 100% understand it.

Great work bring confidence to the learner. I liked how you called out learners to try answering a question. The leaner was able to provide the response more confidently. I like how you explained the main theme by saying "But the main part about the question is, tanner's, contemporaries." so that helped bring back the focus of the learner. When you asked "100% clear" that shows that you cared for the learner and the learner agreed that they have understood the concept and reasoning.

That was fantastic way of saying to the learner "I know you know the answer, that 10 sec to think and respond". Also you questioned why A and not B. This helped them clear their thoughts of why they are picking one response. You were encouraging and respectful to the learner.

Arnav, I really liked how you encouraged Nilufer to read the passage and you also gave comments like "Good job" while she was explaining the reasoning. this is motivating to the learner that they are thinking in the right direction. Also, the tips like reading the heading of the table will help them get the context. Your patience and willingness to let the learner try the problem first shows you care about their independent learning.

Arnav, I think you have a great handle of the concepts of SAT reading. You were able to guide the learner what the focus areas should be while reading the passage like do not worry about names but pay attention to country names etc. These tips are really important for someone preparing for SAT. You seem to have an advanced understanding about the topic.

This tutor was really helpful and made sure that I understood the content. If I sounded doubtful or was not confident in my answers, the tutor stopped and broke down the concepts. The tutor also gave a helpful timeline for studying and what resources to use to study.

You did a great job using the "I do" strategy! I liked how clear your explanations were and how understable you work was as well! You also did a great job checking in after solving the problem, like when you said "Any doubts on this?" after solving the h(3) question. Good job using the "we do" strategy! I liked how you asked "Can you tell me the 1st step we can do in this question?" when solving the 1st question. When your learner was incorrect, good job not taking over and instead asking questions like "How did you get 46?".
