The tutor, Sarayu, did a great job developing connections. The tutor created a positive, welcoming, and respectful environment. She made it to where the learner doesn't need to feel shy or scared to speak up or ask any questions. This made the learning environment comfortable, relaxing, and stress-free. As well, the tutor did a great job strengthening the learner's confidence because as Sarayu challenged Taha to do many of the arithmetic questions on his own, the learner started to get the hang of the material and could do problems completely on his own. Overall, with everything in mind, fabulous job with this session! Good luck to your future sessions and endeavors! :))

The tutor did a great job to adjusting when it was needed. Whenever something went wrong, like if the learner was struggling, the Sarayu was always positive and patient and help fixed that issue. Sarayu did a great job understanding the learner's struggles by asking Taha his core struggles and practicing on specific arithmetic concepts to understand it better. The tutor heavily adapted to the learner's needs by answering any questions or concerns he may have. Overall, fantastic job with this aspect!

The tutor was actively engaging throughout the session by having her mic/camera on, and being present at all times. Whenever Taha had a question, the tutor would immediately answer it with no hesitation. The tutor explanations were very clear and understanding and helped Taha a lot. I liked how the tutor encouraged the learner to explain his thinking of many problems, which showed his demonstration of knowledge throughout many of these arithmetic concepts. Overall, great job with this aspect!
