You have such a kind and amazing personality: something every tutor needs!! Spending the first 15 minutes of your session talking to her about her week, school life, and SAT prep was amazing, as it makes her more comfortable around you and shows her that you, as her tutor, really care about her! You created a safe and fun space to learn and kept encouraging her, especially when she felt like a failure because of her practice test results. Every tutor should motivate their students and remind them that success is attainable!

Hi Nargiz! I loved how you were prepared to talk about the SAT. Seems like you knew what you were doing. The session ran super smoothly, and you did a nice job overall. I especially loveed how you worked on the problems with the annotation feature and allowed your learner to work on the problem with you. Instead of just asking the learner how to solve the problem, you actually engaged with them and allowed them to kind of set the pace. Cheers to that!

I was afraid to talk when you asked about our opinions at the end of the session but it wasn't because I didn't want to, I just felt like I couldn't string two words together.
