Tutor has desmos and timer loaded and prepared on tabs before the session begins. Even when only one student is in the zoom call, she initiates interest and friendly conversation. The tutor does not seem to be reading a script. Her story, motivation to tutor, and explanations of her own experience flow very well. Tutor tries hard to relate to the students, in conversational situations especially ("I bake as well", "Oh yeah, I live in Georgia, so very sunny too"). The tutor has a great/outstanding understanding of the material. She consistently explains WHY she is going through the steps she does, such as when solving an equation for a variable.

You were very well-prepared. You were flexible and able to adapt the session to the learners' needs by switching to the full course challenge. Your understanding of the material is strong, and you presented the concepts clearly and accurately. You used a variety of methods to explain the concepts, including breaking down the word problems into simple numbers and using visual aids like diagrams and annotations.

MJ was able to answer my questions super quickly and in a way that I could understand quickly. The whole session I got right answers and she used process of elimination which allowed me to understand and she was very interactive at the same time
