You did an excellent job by providing learners with many practice problems to work on. This approach is a fantastic way to gauge their understanding and progress. I appreciated the icebreaker activity you included at the beginning of the session. It helped create a friendly and welcoming learning environment. Your overall friendly demeanor was evident as you individually greeted each learner as they entered and said "Good to see you" to each learner as they left. This personal touch definitely would've helped make the learners feel acknowledged, valued, and comfortable. Well done! Thank you for being part of this middle school pilot, Maharsh!
