I really enjoyed your tutoring strategy of encouraging us to discuss the answer choices and figure out what’s right or wrong, rather than just giving us the correct answer. Yes there is evidence that learners were able to learn since the tutor did a great job breaking problems into chunks and asking intuitive questions to get learners to lead the problem-solving process. At 00:15:!8, you got Aylin to try and define the meaning of each of the option choices and were able to explain what each word meant when she couldn't, which helped her expand her vocabulary.

She was talking and engaging during the session, showing she enjoyed having to learn the new concepts with you. You also taught her new concepts and showed her practice problems each time, showing that you are a strong tutor in general. Even though you seemed to know her before, you checked her prior knowledge with the topic, which is fantastic. Overall, Couldn't be more proud.

He was very polite and very patient with her, talking to her more like a friend than a teacher is better because at schoolhouse it matters how much a learner enjoys the session while learning. They show their personality and a funny side to them as well, showing that they only want what is best for their learner.
