The tutor has prepared lesson slides and questions to cover. He jumps right into lecture and is able to answer any questions that the learners may have. He also has visuals prepared in order to teach the learners. I can tell that he really cares about tutoring and genuinely wants to help other people. They walk through problems and have the learners explain their logic.
