Thanks for the session! It was very productive. I need to reflect on all of the things. Think about it, implement and apply them. You're a very skilled tutor, but just due to time and environment pressure, I'm not able to do as efficiently I want to do. I'm working on it.

You did a great job of welcoming your learners to the session - you were friendly and positive throughout. You also did a great job of building off of mistakes - rather than just telling Jonathan that he was wrong, you praised him for what was correct in his answer about the first passage, and from there went on to examine/explain the passage with him, helping him to realize his error. Great job!

In a particular example, when Elaine explains her medical history to reason why she feels incompetent, Elizabeth empathized with her and told her some of her own experiences where she struggled with this topic and was able to learn. I was able to tell that Elaine felt better afterwards about not knowing something.
