For nearly every question, you asked the learners on a scale, how comfortable they were with the concepts. And on top of that, you also used that information to effectively skip repetitive information that they would already know. For example, she said she was a 7/10 for parabolas, so you skipped the basics that she already knew. You also continuously asked the learners for the next step. Especially at the beginning, where nearly every problem started off with them giving you their first step. Additionally, you adapted very well to the learner's needs. When she gave you her own solution, you would explain why that way would work or why it would not work. Also, after every question and some parts of every question, you would ask if any of the steps were confusing. Great job!

This session went above and beyond the standards of a typical SAT session at SHW. Anthony not only guided his learners with direct, personalized, concise, and immediate feedback, but also allowed his learners to express their thought process, making it easier to identify what went wrong in their reasoning and how to make it better rather than only just hearing the tutor's reasoning and why their reasoning is right. This session was very unique in the way that the improvement in the learner's abilities on the DSAT Reading and Writing Section is clearly visible and immense. Just after a few sessions with Anthony made me so much more confident in my abilities to score high on the DSAT Reading and Writing section, more than a hundred other sessions could have done. This session was truly memorable not only because of the immediate, visible, and immense improvements that I could see in my ability to reason through the questions on the DSAT Reading section, but also because of the interactiveness of Antony's sessions and Anthony's patience with the learners to anchor the session personally toward their needs, facilitating the process in helping the learner improve drastically. Great job with this session! You thoroughly understood all the topics that you were teaching, and you definitely displayed that. For example on the area problem, you created a very effective visual detailing the "why" behind the correct answer. Also, I noticed that you gave them tips beyond just the questions. For example, you talked about the ability to graph on the Digital SAT, which was a very good tip that applied to the question. The whiteboard site that you used was also a very good way to display all the work. Simply put, you knew all the material inside and out and made it very easy to follow as a student.

Great explanations! I really liked how you made sure that everyone understood the material before moving on to the next questions! Though the problems provided were challenging, Anthony broke them down step by step and helped his learners gain the intuition behind solving the problems and applying them to other problems of the like!
