Yes. She gradually advanced the learner's knowledge by slowly solving the problems at hand. Furthermore, building on previous ideas seriously helped the students learn better. Compliments, along with working each formula out and explaining them in detail, helped them grasp the material better. Well done!

Aman D- Great work with coming up with a quick Introduction with the learners! I liked how you shared you that you are preparing for SAT when the learner shared about their SAT preparation. That was a warm discussion. The warm up questions are also great to start the lesson to understand the learner's depth of knowledge before starting the session. Guided Practice questions after the concept review is always a great idea for math lessons. You guided the learner on which areas to focus on while they were trying to solve the problems. It was awesome how you kept everyone involved—great job!

Made learning math fun, and allowed me to make mistakes.

You did an amazing job creating a comfortable environment by referring to the learners by name and creating conversations with the learners. You definitely strengthened their confidence by congratulating them when they got something correct and explaining when they got something wrong. Strengthening the learner's confidence was also something you did very well at by telling them great job when they did something right and correcting them when they made a mistake. The last thing that I will say is if no learners show up after 15 minutes, you can close the session. Don't worry about this, it's happened to me a lot and does not mean that you are any less of a tutor. This looked like a very engaging and fun session. If you have any questions about this feedback or anything else, please feel free to reach out!
