Aashirth made use of drawing and writing several diagrams and equations on the board. These visuals helped with simplifying the question, making it easier for the student to understand the material. So as I review the video I saw that the FBD (Free body Diagram) was a great example of a visual that helped with understanding the content. I also found the different examples of FBD's you gave such as a question involving grids which you explained how the question would ask for relative lines to describe the force.

Aashrith made sure the learner is understanding the material by guiding the learner on the question but not solving it for the learner. Through the session we see the learner being engaged and understanding the material with the tutor confirming the learners progress and adapting to the learners needs when they are not understanding the problem. I believe the tutor did a great job of explain the material to the learner and was fantastic at adapting to the questions of the learner.

At the beginning of the session, you created a friendly environment for the learner without taking unnecessary time through your greeting, which I thought was considerate of the fact that the learner seemed to be in the process of studying for a test. Throughout the session, you always responded to the learner's errors in a way that clearly identified that a mistake was made, but never made the learner lose confidence in her abilities. I think that your willingness to let the learner guide the session, and your instructive feedback allowed the session to benefit the learner greatly, not just allowing for the problem to be solved, but also giving a better understanding of the physics topics involved for application in future questions. Great job Aashrith!

You did a great job explaining the concepts! Your images clearly illustrated concepts that could be tricky, so well done! The way you clearly explained small details (like x-naught) and other facts we would have taken for granted was amazing.
