Great job, Nia! I like how you welcomed the learners whether they joined on time or later on, and checked in to see what they were hoping to learn from the session. Good job having the learners work through problems, and being open to questions throughout. Good job providing time for each learner to work through the problems, and having the learner explain their process to help you identify their error.
