Hi Kate, I just audited your live help session. AWESOME work! I loved how you were so kind, confident and excited to solve each problem. You seemed to have a very good understanding of the topics learners had questions on. Good job at creating an interactive environment and asking learners to reason out loud. A tip I have for create a more engaging session is to ask learners to explain what they learnt/understood in their own words at the end or ask them to solve a similar example on their own. All in all, you did an amazing job :)) Thank you so much for volunteering at Schoolhouse!
