Hi, my name is Seamus and I'm very excited to help you on your very own SAT prep journey! Although this is my first Schoolhouse tutoring experience, I have actually worked as an instructor at Mathnasium--An International Math Learning Center--for some time. Math is truly a passion of mine, and I hope that you have just as much interest in improving your scores as I do! This four-week tutoring series will help you prepare for the math portion of your upcoming SAT. By the end of the series, you will have completed multiple practice tests and worked through a number of problems from previous SATs, helping you build confidence for your upcoming exam. You’ll spend each session with me and a small group of other learners who are also working towards taking the SAT. Since it’s a small group, you can expect sessions to be very interactive as you work together towards improving your SAT skills as much as you can! Note: Cameras should be on so we can all get to know each other! If you have a specific reason why you can’t have your camera on, please notify me ahead of time.

Hi, my name is Seamus and this is my second time leading an Math SAT Bootcamp. Outside of Schoolhouse I work as a part time math tutor, teaching subjects ranging from elementary school geometry all the way to calculus. I've taken the SAT 4 times by now, and I can promise that as your tutor I'll do my absolute best to help you reach your goals in any way I can. This is a four week course meant to prepare you for the math section on the SAT. By the end of the series, we'll have gone through a large variety of practice material, giving you an extra level of confidence for your upcoming test. Each session will consist of a small group of learners and myself going through the set topics for that given day, bit by bit getting through all the math related subjects that the exam covers. Note: Camera/Microphone usage is very helpful in making these sessions interactive and impactful! If you have a specific reason why you can’t have your camera/mic on, please let me know and I'll do my best to accommodate, but I can't promise a learning experience that's equally as engaging or fun as if we all actively participate!
