Thank you so much for your sessions! I improved so much with your sessions! I loved the way you were patient with me whenever I messed up on a question, and you tell me what I have misinterpreted within that question. It was nice talking to you before each session starts and I wish you good luck on the SAT! Thank you so much and have a great year!

The tutor strengthened confidence by normalizing struggles and emphasizing improvement. The tutor also created a welcoming environment by making sure all the learners felt heard.

You do a great job of creating a comfortable environment for all. You radiate positive energy and that goes a long way in helping learners adapt to your session. I liked how you interacted with every learner in the beginning for introductions, acknowledging their interests and concerns. I think it was also great that you encouraged people to give answers even if they were wrong, that really improves the learner's confidence.

You do a great job of understand where the learners are struggling and adapting to their styles. By making them explain their reasoning on questions they got wrong you are able to recognize their thinking and correcting it in a respectful manner.

You were constantly asking the learners to explain their answers and allowed them to give their opinion on every question which kept them engaged. Also by encouraging wrong answers, they were more willing to answer, which is great!
