Hi Eric, awesome job in your ratios session for pre-algebra! It was super cool how you creatively used technology. I didn't know that quizizz had a powerpoint feature. Your presentation was really colorful and engaging. You also did a good job at asking questions. You asked warm-up questions and checked in with your learner's understanding at the end of each powerpoint slide. I would encourage you to ask even more questions to your learners to check understanding like between bullet points in the longer lecture sections instead of just at the end of a slide. After explaining something, you immediately followed up with practice. I appreciate how you made sure your learners knew how to solve a questions. I often see tutors just move on after getting a correct answer from a learner, but by checking how your learner solved the practice problem, you were able to specifically figure out what they did or did not know. You were welcoming and friendly especially for all of the learners that joined in the middle of the session.
