There was a lot of active learning in this meeting! I liked how you asked the learners what they needed help with and specifically asked what they already know about specific topics so that you could tailor the meeting to their needs. You also engaged the learners a lot by asking them to try solving the questions! Another thing that worked well was confirming whether or not the learner understood a question by asking in the end if it made sense. This way, if it did not make sense, you could reexplain the topic or do another question related to the topic.

There was a very comfortable learning environment! I liked how you started off the meeting by greeting the learners. Another thing that worked well was that when the learner would say that they still do not understand the concept entirely, you would reassure the learner by saying that though the concept might be difficult, more practice questions will help. The conversations in the meeting were also very friendly and respectful!
