Amazing intro, love how you started with a bit of chatting and immediately asked for learners to turn their cameras on to engage. It would be even better to start greeting learners as they come in to make an even friendlier environment! Regardless, you are so genuine and friendly, it really makes the learners feel like you care about their success. During the session, you called the learners by name which is awesome. You also shared how you felt about learners speaking up, which definitely gave the session a sense of community and encourages engagement in the future. Also, great job saying that you want to know what the learners wanted to go over, which they were open to respond to due to the amazing learning environment you created! At the end, I love how you had notes on what to go over next session, and even asked the learners for immediate feedback on how you did.
