You strengthened learners' confidence by being patient and encouraging when helping them/explaining problems to them. You also created a comfortable learning environment by being pleasant and friendly throughout the session. Also, I really liked how you made an effort to refer to the learners by their names, since most tutors I've seen struggle with this a lot. Overall, great job, especially for one of your first sessions, and keep it up!
