This session was great! It was very organized, showing that you were well-prepared to teach/help with the learner's needs. I liked how you started off the meeting by asking the learner what the learner needed help with. Using that, you were able to tailor the meeting to the learner's needs! Your explanations were also really in-depth! For example, your explanation for standard deviation was really good as you explained methods for the learner to be able to better visualize the numbers in the data, so that they could figure out the standard deviation.
