The learners were answering questions a lot more near the end of the session, showing evidence that the learners made significant progress. Also, the continuous engagement helped them get a grasp on the content, where they were fully interacting with you throughout the session, so that you knew where they were at in terms of learning. You created a comfortable learning environment in your session by greeting every learner that came in. It seems like a small thing, but individually greeting every student, regardless of when they join, shows that you care about their progress, so nice job on that.
