You took sessions almost everyday. This series has been the most beneficial of all I've been in schoolhouse. You helped every person who had joined this series. You made every person feel welcomed in this series from whichever country they were from. Even though people joined late to the series you made them feel welcomed and didn't make them feel that they have missed a lot. You explained all the questions at a good pace and very thoroughly that everyone in the session was able to understand it. The office hours were a place where everyone was able to clear their doubts and concepts clearly. You welcomed all types of questions and also solved them. You were cool and chill throughout the series. This series was one of the most environmentally friendly, very interactive, cool and chill. At one point people and even I started looking for another series, when due to some issues schoolhouse canceled this series, but no one left this series and hoped that it would come back to help us all to score great on the SAT exam. I found some amazing people in this series especially Armin, we were not just solving the question but also kept chatting a lot during the session on any topic, it was like, a different session was happening in the chat, very nice lad junior, helped the tutor and everyone throughout the series, your explanations were very easy to understand and helpful to all the people. This series is the one that has been the biggest contributor to my SAT math. I wrote thank you in some of the languages spoken in India I thank the tutor Rodrigo for creating such a series! I hope that everyone's hopes shall be fulfilled on D-Day and the future after that! Cheers! SALIL P

Hey Rodrigo, I love how you used a whiteboard to show all the steps to solve the problem. You explained each step carefully and made yourself clear to the learner. Considering how efficiently you solved that specific requested problem, I can definitely say that you have a very deep understanding of derivatives.

You offered a very friendly and comfortable learning environment for your learners! Great job welcoming everyone into the session by name, communicating when your session would start, and making small talk (e.g. asking how their day was going)! Your learners seemed very comfortable sharing through the chat and verbally throughout your session! Great job providing positive affirmation to your learners and remaining very kind in assuring learners that it's okay if they got a question wrong as long as they understood why. Again, thank you for all that you do as a tutor!

Many types of questions were presented, and in each, you clearly articulated the process of solving them or advice/tips that make solving them easier. The visuals are also clear and easy to follow, making it easy to understand the processes described.

Before starting the problem, you did ask the learner on how they had approached it at first, which is a basic yet effective way of testing their prior knowledge. Since this was a live help session and you answered a specific learner question, you obviously adapted to their unique need. On every step, you made sure to check on your learner to see whether they had any doubts. At the end of the session, the learner did seem to understand your solution, and you couldn't really have done much more to follow up, since this was a live help session. Overall, brilliant job!

Great job with all of your explanations! Your explanations and annotations were very thorough. You also provided your learners multiple methods of solving problems (through Desmos and by hand) along with places to look out for common misconceptions, which is definitely very helpful! It's clear that you have great mastery of SAT Math! Your post-assessments are also a nice way for learners to practice harder questions in their own time and receive live help/walk-through of those problems during your sessions. Overall, I really enjoyed reviewing this session! Thank you for all you contribute to Schoolhouse!

Students often take the lead in solving problems. After their explanation, you jump in to give more advice and add to their explanation. Additionally, for some components of the problems, you take the lead while keeping learners engaged with questions and consistent checks on their understanding.

Beyond greeting the learners, you work hard to individually interact with them and give them advice based on their attendance and level of knowledge. Additionally, having them contribute to the assesment date and possible office hours makes the learning environment open and collabortive.
