Yes, they create a very safe and comfortable learning environment. Also, I liked how Amy, halfway through the meeting, used a slideshow to illustrate how we might approach this type of a problem. I feel that what this did was it allowed anyone that wanted to reach out for help but was unable to in a live session to get targeted help regardless. Both the tutors evenly split the tutoring roles between another and were on-sync and helpful to one another the entire time. They made sure that the learners felt included and important during the meeting, and I never saw a moment where they just moved on without asking the learners if they were ready to move on as well. Overall, a wonderful session by these two!
