You run the session smoothly, and test your device in advance. Though sometimes your voice is a little bit unclear, you didn't let it disturb the lesson overall. The structure is very clear, and you used the khan academy practice question, which could simulate the environment of a test.

Joshua did a fantastic job developing connections with the learner! They were both positively engaging and the vibes were great throughout this session. Joshua did a great job strengthening the learner's confidence by making her try answering questions on her own. Joshua brought up a respectful, positive, and welcoming environment. He made it to where the learner doesn't need to feel shy or scared to speak up and ask questions or share any concerns she may have. This made the environment very comfortable and positive! Joshua conveys a deep understanding of SAT Math and Reading/Writing! His explanations, visuals, analogies, and examples were very clear and on point. Joshua was very prepared for this session by being in an open and quiet environment, having a positive mindset, and knowledgeably ready for this session. I liked how Dhyana shared her screen so Joshua can help with any SAT questions she may have or any concerns she has. Overall, great job with this aspect!

The tutor seems to have a good grasp of the SAT transition and grammar concepts being discussed. They explain things like why "in fact" is used for presenting actual facts, and how to determine if a comma-separated phrase is non-essential.

Joshua did a great job adjusting when it is needed! He was very cooperative and flexible during this session. Whenever something technically didn't go the way he wanted, Joshua adjusted very well with the situation. Joshua did a great job understanding the signs of struggle that Dhyana had and what she needed help with. Through his clear explanations, Dhyana started to get the hang of the material quickly. Joshua adapted to Dhyana's needs by helping her with specific and difficult questions for her preparation of the upcoming SAT, and was very helpful. Overall, great job with this aspect! :)

Joshua was actively engaging at all times of this session! He was continuously engaging by having his camera on at all times, being present whenever Dhyana needed help, and was always engaging. I liked how Joshua was very encouraging to Dhyana by having a positive and hopeful mindset, so she can accomplish her goals. I liked how Joshua challenge Dhyana throughout the session with difficult math and reading questions, so he could hear her thought process. Overall, great job with this aspect!

Yes, the learners seem to be much more confident towards the end of the session. Their response time decreased when compared to the start of the session. They stay engaged till the last question and request the tutor to share the slides, indicating their interest to learn more about the topic. Even the learners seemed to be much more confident about their methods.
