There were a lot of extra annotation marks on the screen, which could have potentially hindered the student's understanding of your explanation. However, you tackled this problem very well by annotating in a different color! The explanations were also incredibly clear and easy to understand. You also provided the learner with an extra tip (about making sure that the answers contained the relevant vocab), which would save the learner some extra time in the future.

Practice problems (examples) were covered during the session with explanations from the instructor. Annotations were done directly on the pdf to teach the concepts and a whiteboard was also used. Excellent job on utilizing those multiple aforementioned methods to teach during your session!

It is usually hard to answer questions on time when doing questions on my own. This session was amazing because I got to practice in a limited time. Because there was limited time, I was more focused. I wish I could have found it earlier. I hope to attend more lectures like this. Thank you so much for taking the time and energy for this session. At the end of the session, you asked the learner if you cleared her confusion and she responded yes, which shows the learner understood the question and how to solve it after your explanations and clarifications. You also did a good job asking if she had any other questions/things to clear up and she said no, so you helped eliminate her uncertainties about the problem.

This question was definitely among the more difficult ones from the SAT Question Bank. It's always important to make the learner understand that they're not the only ones who are struggling! The tutor created a comfortable learning environment by empathizing with the student ("many big words" etc. etc.)! This will make the student feel less discouraged about not understanding a question.
